Start with the body measurement table in our size guide, then read the fit note on the product page. For an intentionally oversized style, size down only if you want less volume.
02When will my order ship?+
In-stock orders normally leave the studio within 1–3 business days. Delivery speed and price are shown before payment.
03Can I change an order?+
Email support@closethisside.com as soon as possible. We can only change or cancel an order before it enters fulfilment.
04What is your return window?+
Eligible unworn, unwashed items with original tags can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Exceptions are listed in the returns policy.
05Do you store card details?+
No. Payment details are entered on Stripe-hosted Checkout. Close This Side does not receive or store full card numbers.
06Will I pay duties or tax?+
Applicable tax is shown at checkout when configured for your destination. International orders may also be subject to import duties charged by local authorities.
