You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with original tags.

Email support@closethisside.com with your order number and the items you want to return. We will provide the return address and instructions.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
Exceptions
Underwear, personalized goods, gift cards and final-sale items are not returnable unless faulty. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
